The Labyrinth

In the last post, you got to know a little bit about me. Now you will hear a story.

Once upon a time, there was a labyrinth constructed by king of the sea, known as Aduelas. This king had a golden trident at the center of the labyrinth. A dragon guarded the labyrinth. And for extra protection, the walls moved as they wished.
Now, the king of the sea was evil. So a hero had to return to the trident back to the king of the sky, whom had given it to Aduelas.
I was chosen to return the trident. I swam to the depths of the underwater world. Down there, I finally came across the kingdom of Aduelas.
I entered the labyrinth. The walls tried to crush me, but I managed to get through. Soon enough, I was back where I started.
Then I tried again.
No matter how many times I tried, I returned back to the spot where I was before.
However, the fifth time I tried, I saw a tree. On the tree was a riddle.

I am love's helper,
I carry wishes upon my back
My name does not matter,
What am I?

Love is God, but who was his helper? Wishes? That must mean a prayer. A scripture with an angel in it did say that her name didn't matter-
An angel.
"An angel?" I said. Suddenly, roots in the tree opened up. I boldly walked into the roots.
I walked out in the center of the labyrinth. It was A SECRET PASSAGEWAY!
I took the trident, but the dragon saw me. He opened his eyes and chased me mournfully.
Wait. Mournfully?
He was trying to tell me something. I pointed the trident at the dragon and it turned into a beautiful young girl. She said that Aduelas condemned her to take the form of a dragon and to guard the trident.
I took her to the king of the sky, gave him the trident, and we all lived happily ever after.

This short tale is based on Ariadne's thread. Happy lives to all of you!
